Looks like ol Louie Armstrong did a Christmas album back in the day. I like this picture due the the Holidays of course and the damn look on his face...Hilarious. Don't have to much information on the album due to it being a spanish speaking page I found it on, but liked it anyways.

What gets me here is the "Sun, Fun and Frolicking. Now thats word that we really don't use anymore, so I looked it up and found this definition and i see why we don't anymore.

Ritual? Hazing?

I'm thinking this is some 1950's hazing of the basketball team. This is from the Minnesota State Alumni page I found this. How would you like you grandkids to get ahold of this gem.

I don't know why but this picture makes me laugh. I found this on a chiropractor's business website. Would this just rock as a tattoo for a inline skater. I'm sure it has something to do with "let us crack you back and you will be skating again" type advertisement.

Zodiac Poster

I watched the movie Zodiac last night which is what led me to find this picture of a Wanted poster that was put up in the 70's. I thought it was interesting to see how it was put up and that we really don't see wanted posters just on the street anymore. On the news yes, in the post office yes, but on the street not so much. Why, well my opinion is that we still are over censoring the public and of course the kids. Oh know you might see a picture of a BAD person that could lead to a arrest. Oh No Boobies on TV, bad bad. You know what I mean.

Good movie, I liked it. It's over 2hrs long but went by really fast for me. One thing to remember when you watch this is that the guy was never caught so at the end you don't get to know who the killer is, but you get a good Idea of what was going on with the hunt for him.

Artistic Beer?

Not quite sure what this is all about, looks like someone tried to make a artistic picture of a Stout beer. I'm assuming it is Guiness from the looks of it, but there are of couse many other Stouts out there in the world. I myself brew my own beer and appreciate a nice looking head on a great looking beer, so what the hell maybe I will join the ranks of beer photographers if I ever get a good camers.

Ok so lets critique this: Its almost a dreary picture and the beer has to small of a head on it, if I remember right there head should be 1-2 inches on top. But it does look like a nice thick head if it could stay up....

Well I ran into this gem with my Keyword being "gabba gabba", Don't ask. Anyway's they dudes are from the Punk band The Casualities as I'm finding out with some further research. Not sure if they are any good but here are some lyrics from their song "They system failed us again".

The Things people make with Lego's

Lego Vibrator

Well isn't this just chock full of creativity. It's a LEGO VIBRATOR. Amazing the things you can find people make out of lego's but this doesn't look to comfortable to use, I'll have to ask my wife what she thinks about it. Anyways damn people don't you have anything else to do but make a lego vibrator.

Guardian Angel!!

Guardian Angel in Classroom!!!

Not quite sure what to say about this one, but Damn if my teacher showed up to school like this I couldn't pay attention to what he was teaching, I would be continuously laughing. I'm hoping it was either Halloween or some point to be made with the daily lesson. Otherwise pretty good costume.

Anyways caught my eye and I thought it was hilarious. Enjoy.

MASH Nurse

I came across this photograph of a MASH (mobile army surgical hospital) Nurse from the Korean war. She is taking a little bedside back next to her bunk after a hard day "Nursing" soldiers.

This MASH unit was the type of unit that was being portrayed in the hit T.V. series M.A.S.H.

I was actually in the 10th MASH unit at Ft. Carson, CO until the Army removed all MASH units and created a CSH (combat support hospital units), the difference was about 300 more beds it had which made it much bigger.

I love military photo's especially of Military Medical personel in combat situations, Since I was medic myself.
